Donna is First4Lawyers’ very first employee, joining back in 2009. Having completed a law degree and the Law in Practice Course, she intended to become a solicitor. However, Donna found that she enjoyed the managerial aspects of her role at First4Lawyers. Her keen interest in people, wellbeing and training saw her progress into her current role.
As Group Head of People, Donna’s role is incredibly varied. She oversees the entire employee lifecycle and manages employee engagement and culture, onboards new starters, leads colleague focus groups and delivers training and development programmes – among many other responsibilities!
Outside of her busy work life, she enjoys strength training to keep fit and loves walking in the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. Donna is a Leeds United supporter and follows the team with her husband and two boys, who both play for their local teams.
